The folding mechanism on my Uppababy Cruz is broken, can you help me?
It is highly unlikely for a folding mechanism to break under normal conditions. However, if this is the case, please contact helpdesk@dutchkid.com immediately, so we can inspect the Uppababy Cruz stroller and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
