Do you offer same day delivery in Dubai when ordering online?

JustKidding® offers ‘same day delivery’ in Dubai subject to customer (s) availability. Simply place your order before 5PM on weekdays to receive your goodies the same day.

Kindly note at times deliveries might take longer if the contact details provided are incorrect, customer (s) aren’t responding, or we are advised differently by our customer (s).

For other Emirates, we do not offer ‘same day delivery’.

Do you offer free of charge delivery in the United Arab Emirates when ordering online?

JustKidding® offers FREE of charge delivery in Dubai as our standard service. We have a team of impeccable drivers, who ensure your items are at your door.

SATURDAY DELIVERY: Our champ staff work from Sunday- Friday (9:00AM- 6:00PM)- our latest deliveries are scheduled by 8:00PM.

Unfortunately JustKidding® doesn’t offer free delivery in other Emirates, there are fee charges applicable in other Emirates and the system automatically calculates the shipping depending on the weight of the package.

Do you offer same day delivery in Qatar when ordering online?

 Unfortunately,JustKidding® Qatar site doesn’t offers ‘same day delivery’ in Doha at the moment,however, our impeccable team try to do their best to arrange delivery within 72 hours from the time of order placing.

Do you offer free of charge delivery in Qatar when ordering online?

JustKidding® offers FREE of charge delivery in Dohawhen placing an order through our Qatar website as our standard service. We have a team of impeccable staff, who ensure your items are at your door. Kindly note that if you that if you order from the Qatar website and put Dubai as your shipping address you will be charged for shipping and viceversa.

Do offer assembly services with an online order?

We offer free assembly service to our customers with first time purchased items or big items, like furniture, car seat, stroller, etc. At the moment the service is only applicable in the United Arab Emirates and Doha.

Do you deliver on public holidays when ordering online?

We do not deliver on public holidays. However, we do our best to offer next day delivery on orders placed on a Public Holiday.

Can I place an order online and have it delivered at one of your stores?

If you would like to place your order online and have it collected it from one of our stores, the order must be paid online and the items will be sent to any of our stores that are closest to your location. You just need to put the desired store address in the shipping address in the checkout page.  Kindly note that if you order from the Qatar website you can’t put any of our Dubai stores in the shipping address and viceversa.

Do I have to sign when receiving my online order?

We use a signed-for delivery service, someone will need to be in to accept your delivery. If there is no one in to sign for the delivery, a card will be left where you can arrange re-delivery or to collect from the depot.

We recommend using your work address or an address where someone will be at home to sign for your package.

Please do not refuse any delivery. Refused deliveries will incur the cost of the original delivery plus the return cost. Any refund made will be minus the total delivery and return costs in the case of refused deliveries.

What countries do you ship to when ordering online?

JustKidding® Currently ships within United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain, Lebanon, Iran, India & Jordan.

Please expect longer delivery times for deliveries outside UAE and Qatar. Under normal circumstances, the item(s) will be delivered to your location of choice within a maximum of 7 days (depending on location).

Please note that some larger products such as furniture may have a longer lead-time.

JustKidding® cannot be held responsible for any delays in your shipment. The online track and trace method will keep you updated with the status of your shipment.

Do I have to pay for custom duty charges when ordering online?

JustKidding® doesn’t cover customs duty charges. Duties are to be paid upon delivery by the customer. JustKidding® is not aware of the percentage applied on the orders for the customs, different countries have a different percentage off the invoice applied as custom duty charges.

What are the shipping rates when ordering online?

Shipping rates vary, depending on the delivery address, weight and volume of the purchased items, as well as Government duties.

You can get an estimation of what your shipping would cost from the cart page ‘Estimate Shipping and Tax’.

Are the prices shown on your website including shipping costs?

No, the shipping costs will be charged when you order. The costs are dependent on the distance, weight and volume of the shipment. Therefore, the costs are given when these details are known. Also,customs duties are not included in the price: Duties are to be paid, in cash, to the TNT driver, upon delivery. Duties vary per country.

What is the delivery timeframe for online orders?

JustKidding® aims to ship online purchases to its customers within 48 hours after purchase. Please expect longer delivery times for deliveries outside Dubai or Doha. Under normal circumstances, the item(s) will be delivered to your location of choice within a maximum of 7 days (depending on location)*. Please note that some larger products such as furniture may have a longer lead time. JustKidding® cannot be held responsible for any delays in your shipment. The online track and trace option will keep you updated about any delays. Deliveries to Jordan and Lebanon can take up to 14 days.

Can an online order be delayed for delivery?

JustKidding® regrets that there can be delays. To avoid any delays it is very important to carefully check that the delivery address, including your local telephone number, is complete and correct. We cannot accept any liability for late or non-delivery due to an incorrect or incomplete address or due to an act of God.

Do you offer delivery free of charge if I have purchased items in-store?

JustKidding® offers free delivery in Dubai if you have purchased items from any of our Dubai stores, however, there is a delivery charge applicable if items are purchased from our Dubai stores and have to be delivered to other emirates, the charges depend on the shipping address & product purchased. The same policy applies to other JustKidding® stores in other countries/cities.

Do you offer same day delivery if I have purchased items in-store?

Unfortunately JustKidding®doesn’t offer same day delivery if items are purchased in any of our stores, allJustKidding® deliveries are recorded in the store schedule and deliveries are scheduled according to availability.

Do you contact me prior to my delivery/assembly for orders that I purchased in-store?

Yes, we do, kindly note that JustKidding® doesn’t deliver/assemble if the date and timing isn't scheduled prior with thestore.
